Additionally, AIP in collaboration with its partners, provides full range of Design and Development Engineering Personnel for Support Functions:
- Stress Engineers/Analysts, Design Engineers, Configuration, Weights & Mass Properties, Systems Engineering, Reliability, Maintainability & Safety, Project/Programme Management, Certification, Development, Validation and Test, Methods & Manufacturing Engineers.
- Managerial/Support Staff: Engineering/QA Managers, QA Engineers, Station Managers, NDT Technicians, Instructors, Planners, Technical Support Staff, Document Controllers, Technical Authors.
- Qualified engineering work force: university graduates in Aerospace Studies, lead engineers with large international experience on Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier Aircraft and NASA Space Structures.
- Licensed Aircraft Engineers, EASA Part 66 A/B1/B2/C, FAA A&P, ICAO: Line and Base maintenance experienced Licensed Engineers on all major aircraft types. We aim to provide Engineers who are current on type with Human Factors/Continuation Training certificates where applicable and proof of recent practice on type.
- Non-Certifying Aircraft Maintenance Personnel: Maintenance staff of all disciplines including: Fully qualified Airframe Systems/Engine Fitters, Sheet metal workers, Avionics Fitters/ Electricians, Trimmers, Upholsterers, and related subject matter experts with experience on all major aircraft types
